1. Warranty Inclusions

• Commercial and Basic Residential Services: Covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of project completion.
• Residential Services: Subject to a tiered warranty system based on the scope and level of service provided

2. Warranty Inclusions

This warranty covers defects in workmanship that result in:

• Peeling paint
• Cracking paint
• Blistering or chipping directly caused by our painting services

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

• Water damage resulting from sprinkler systems or other water exposure; customers are advised to prevent sprinklers from contacting painted surfaces.
• Pre-existing paint layers peeling prior to our work
• Mill-glazing on smooth cedar surfaces.
• Ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use and misuse.
• Design, structural, or latent defects unrelated to our workmanship.
• Property settling, movement, or moisture content of substrates.
• Nail pops, siding imperfections, or other substrate issues.
• Abrasion, mechanical damage, or damage caused by chemicals, cleaning agents, or exposure to harmful solids, liquids, or gases.
• Damage caused by fire, explosion, flood, acts of God, extreme weather, vandalism, negligence, alterations, or abuse.

4. Warranty Applicability

This warranty applies to both residential and commercial projects, with terms varying as specified above.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

• Clients must report warranty concerns by contacting us directly via phone.
• Upon notification, we will schedule an inspection to assess the issue.
• A service appointment will be arranged to address and resolve the concern in a timely manner.

6. Legal Rights

You Choose Your Color Painting, LLC provides this warranty as your exclusive express warranty. It replaces all other warranties, express or implied. This warranty applies solely to the services provided to the original customer named in the contract and is not transferable.

Certain jurisdictions do not permit limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some limitations or exclusions stated in this warranty may not apply to you.

You Choose Your Color Painting, LLC will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages or any damages exceeding the contract price. This warranty cannot be altered or extended except through a written agreement signed by all parties involved.
